Resin Jewellery!

This is my Resin jewellery collection. This was my college project which i have done with Ms. Sandra. She taught me about this new product Resin. Fun working with resin. Gr8 color effects, Embedded materials effect... My theme for this product was Indian heena and rangoli with Indian spices like mustard seeds, star anise, Clove, multicolored rice etc
Its very funny story of using Indian Spices in my jewellery. I got inspired from a scene of Swades movie (Sharukh Khan bollywood movie).
I have 5 pendants, 4 bangles and 1 bracelet for this project. (one pendant and one bangle is not in the picture board)
I am not able to find resin in India. I am trying to find some more contacts for resin. I really want to experiment more with resin.

Lets c when i ll find resin in India !

Art clay collection!

This is my Silver art clay collection. Silver art clay is new product in market from Japan. This is clay kind of material. You make your design with this silver clay and then fire it you will get 99.9% silver. This product of Japan available in Clay, paste, paper and injection form you can use these products according to your design requirements. I came to know about this product in 2004 from Singapore. My teacher introduced us to Ms. Tanja Sadow from Justanja. I took classes from her and learnt about art clay. Now i am planning to go for senior instructor test. If i clear that test i can teach art clay in any part of the world.

I have learnt different techniques of making ring, pendants and brooches.
I really like my Leaf pendant, hollow bead pendant and cone pendant rite in top left corner of the picture board.
I am going to upload some collection of jewellery with artclay !

Hope you ppl like it !!

Fashion show with PFP

I got the chance to work with Pokerface Production (PFP) Media Group. they had a at a Media Launch of their upcoming TV Shows- ‘DJ Factory’ and ‘Haka and The Hungarians’ on 15 August 2007 at the Novotel Grand Ballroom. Novotel Clark Quay hotel.
The event included a fashion show in which i got a chance to showcase my jewellery pieces during the fashion show. My silver, beads and resin jewellery received praises and acknowledgements by many, one of whom is from Fashion Designer, Ms. Anna Lew of the Strut Fashion Label, who had dressed all her models up with my jewellery.
“Neha's jewellery brought an earthy flavour to the international models. Her collection pieces are a riot of colors, materials and gleaming silver, hand crafted in organic contours, which enhanced the feel of the whole Fashion Show and the event. We at PFP Media Group are really delighted that Neha had lent her designer touch to our event. ”
- Bhavik Bhatt
Operations Director, PFP Media Group

“Throughout Neha’s studies with Raffles Design Institute, I have had the pleasure of watching Neha, develop into a self-assured and confident Jewellery designer - who has the ability to design in a variety of trends and material applications. I am sure that with this confidence, Neha will progress towards becoming a successful contemporary Jewellery designer and I congratulate her in all that she as achieved so far”.- Julie Ross(MY HOD) Programme Director, 3D Design Raffles design Institute
